The Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains, part # PW2016C are designed to fit the tires you said you have on your 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. You will want to check the owner's manual and see if they say that the tire chains must be S-compatible.
These hardened steel spring rollers are wrapped around wire cables and are designed with a low profile which gives you a smooth ride.
You may want to use some rubber adjusters on these chains like part # PW100. These are designed to make fitting and tensioning tire chains much easier.
I have attached a link to a helpful article about tire chains you can check out.
