Question:
How do you install it on the arm with the cable lock? you cant fully remove the end piece because of the cable

If your integrated cable lock has the rivet on the bottom and not the screw, you will not be able to remove the end piece. However, check out the video on the page I have linked at right. It shows how you can stretch the replacement strap, # 753-3535, enough to go over the cradle. You will have to work it on there by stretching it and moving it as you go, but it is possible.
