Do you have these same brackets to mount a roller that takes a 5/8inch shaft. Is it possible to drill out hole more to fit a 5/8inch shaft in the bracket for a roller that takes 5/8 Thanks

The Side Angle Mounting Brackets for Boat Trailer Rollers, part # CE10211G, you referenced have a 3/8 inch hole used for attaching boat trailer roller shafts. Drilling the hole out on this bracket could compromise the integrity of the bracket and would not be recommended.
We do have brackets that may work for you if you have the mounting space available. They are part # CE10500G. The mounting slots on these brackets are 1/2 in wide x 5 in tall.
