Hi I would like to know how do you install this stick on mirror and where does it install, inside or outside of the rear windscreen?

The CIPA Stick-On, Wide-Angle Viewing Lens # CM60100 that you referenced will install on the outside of your rear windshield. It attaches by clinging to the glass, similar to how plastic wrap clings to things. You will want to make sure the glass is as clean as possible.
