The RVP 8000 series AC model 8333A871 is effectively a Coleman Mach air conditioner, as RVP is the parent company and owner of the Coleman AC line of products; this means they will have the same wiring connections as a Coleman unit. To replace an existing Coleman unit I recommend using the Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup - 15,000 Btu - White # FR42PV, which will plug into your existing wiring and use your old air distribution box, so it's an easier replacement process than having to do all new wiring.

I have a Coleman Mach 8000 that requires repair was thinking of replacing with a different model as this model has to be ordered in my area and quite expensive is there a model that can replace without a lot of modifications

@Doug If you're just wanting to replace the rooftop unit then you'll first want to remove the air distribution box (portion of the system that's on the ceiling inside the trailer) cover and look to see if your rooftop unit's wire harness hangs down and plugs into a controller. Some of these systems have the controller built into the rooftop unit and some have them built into the air distribution box. If yours is built into the air distribution box then you just need to see if you have a 6-pin or 9-pin connector. If it has a 6-pin connector then you can go with a unit like the Furrion # FR58PR. If it has a 9-pin connector you'll just need an adapter like the one included with the Furrion # FR42PV. If the controller is built into rooftop unit and you can't remove it and mount it into the space between the air distribution box and rooftop unit then you're looking at a total replacement for the system. For a system with the controls built into the air distribution box you can go with the Furrion # FR92PR. For one with a wall mounted thermostat I recommend the Furrion # FR23PV.
