I wouldn't recommended using a cargo carrier to carry an electric wheelchair with a Class I hitch because your maximum tongue weight is 200 pounds. Based on the wheelchair carriers weighing roughly 90 pounds and electric wheelchairs around 200 pounds it will exceed the 200 pound maximum tongue weight.

The best option to carry the electric wheelchair is by a trailer because transport trailers can carry electric wheelchairs with ease and remains within the hitch capacity. Whether you have a 2013 Chrysler 200 Sedan and/or Convertible the maximum towing capacity is 1,000 pounds.

I recommend hitch wiring # C56211, ball mount # C45522 and 2-inch hitch ball # 19258.
