Parts Recommendation to Replace a Cracked Front Wheel Tray on a Yakima Holdup Bike Rack

I have an older Yakima holdup and there is crack in the front wheel tray. the arm is fine. can I not replace the tray only. All I am finding are complete assemblies

I spoke to my contact at Yakima and he informed me that the only way to replace the front wheel tray on your Yakima Holdup # Y02445 would be to replace the entire piece with part # Y90197 that you referenced.
He said that the front wheel tray is captured in the arm assembly of the rack when it is being manufactured and there is no way to get it out without damaging the rack.
