We have a couple of custom fifth wheel installation kits designed to fit your 2000 Ford F-350.
Part # 50043-6008 requires enlarging one hole in the truck frame.
We also have part # RP50082-58, which does not require drilling into the truck frame for installation. This kit will work with Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky fifth wheel hitches, but is not compatible with Reese Elite Series or Valley UBS hitches.
Both of these installation kits will work on your truck, and will cut the installation time in half versus the universal installation kits. I have attached a link to an installation video for the # RP50082-58 you can check out.
