Sounds like you need the hardware kit for the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C11133. This hitch is designed to fit your 2013 Dodge Avenger.
To get the hardware kit, you can go to the product page for part # RHK. In the hitch number box you would enter C11133. Then just choose Curt from the Manufacturer drop-down box and enter the quantity, and finally click the Add To Cart button.
