I would like to change the hubs to 5 by 4.5inch and 12 tires. Would the hubs Code: 34822545BX work for this application. Tires are code Code: AM30859. I measured the castle nut and it is 1inch id. I have flipped the axle to below the springs. which is about four inches . the springs are 29.5inch bolt to bolt. I will be rebuilding the wheel wells.

In order to pick out the correct hub assembly for a trailer you are going to need know a few key pieces of information. The first thing you will need to know is the bolt pattern of your hubs, since you are looking for 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern this is covered.
Next thing you will need to know is what spindle you have on your trailer. In order to do that you can either get the inner and outer bearing numbers from a hub or use a dial caliper to get exact measurements of the spindle. The measurements needed are the parts of the spindle where the bearings ride.
If you get back to me with that information I will help you pick out the right hub assemblies. Or, you can follow the link I attached that will take you to the page that has all of our replacement hubs.
You would want to first select the bolt pattern that you have, next select the inner bearing you have, followed by selecting your outer bearing, and then all the correct hubs will be listed.
If the bearings you pull out of your hub are both numbered L44643 then the part # 34822545BX would be the correct hub for you.
I also attached a link to a page that has all of the 12 inch wheels we offer with tires and the bolt pattern you are looking for.
