Is this product weather resistant?

Master Lock cable gun lock # 99KADSPT has a vinyl coated cable and the lock cover has a plastic housing over the steel components so it does have some weather resistant features. But those features where designed more to protect the gun from getting scratches from the lock and not with weather resistance in mind. You will still want to try to keep it as dry as you can.
