Is Yakima RocketBox 14 Roof Top Cargo Box Waterproof

Are the hard shell roof top cargo boxes water-proof?

I spoke with my contact at Yakima about whether the RocketBox Pro 14, # Y07192 is waterproof. He stated that none of the Yakima cargo boxes are waterproof, however they are weather resistant. This means if you have something that cannot get wet, you would need to put it in something that is waterproof first, before loading it in the carrier.
The weather proof bags we have are all soft. I have included a link to them for you to check out.
