The base plate fits for your 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid will depend on the version of the vehicle that you have.

If you have the SE model (with no adaptive cruise control) you can use Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX2646. All base plate fits are shown on the linked page. Select your SE Hybrid vehicle style from the drop-down menu to see your options. (Choose either SE Hybrid with adaptive cruise control or without it.)
