I have a 2008 Fleetwood 36d Expedition, Diesel Motorhome and Im looking to install a steering stabilizer and checking if it is feasible to install one on my motor home.

Yes, the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK18-RSSA that you referenced would be the correct steering stabilizer for your 2008 Fleetwood 36d that is built on a Freightliner Class A chassis.
It's very feasible to install this yourself and should help you maintain control of your RV in the event of crosswinds, rut tracking, road edging or a tire blowout.
