The best way to determine if a Sidewinder will fit your fifth wheel trailer, is by checking manufacturer and model number of the OEM pin box. The Reese Sidewinder Fifth Wheel King Pin, # RP61410, was designed to fit specific OEM pin boxes listed below, so it will share many of the same dimensions as these pin boxes.

Fabex 500, 503, 520, 560, 730 and 765
Lippert 1116, 1716 and 0115
RBW 7019 and 7028

The measurements that you are looking for are on the diagram that I have attached for you. If you have questions about any other dimensions, let me know.

Does the Reese Airborne Sidewinder make the front of the trailer higher when hitched? does this lower the rear bumper clearance?

The Reese Airborne Sidewinder won't affect the height of your trailer when hitched. It will maintain the type of clearance you have with your existing pin box, although because the pivot point is moved back 22" from the hitch, you won't run into the same type of issues you might be currently experiencing during sharper turns turns.
