Recently purchased Xcargo XL carrier for 2003 nissan pathfinder. U bolts are not long enough, ie i can screwed them after it goes around crossbars. any suggestions? Thanks

Thule offers replacement carriage bolts for its X-Cargo series of roof top boxes, including the 60-mm M6 bolt you referenced, part # TH04852. You do not mention how much additional length you need for installing the box on your 2003 Pathfinder's factory crossbars, but if the 60-mm length is not sufficient Thule also offers X-Cargo carriage bolts in a 75-mm length, part # TH915-0675-11.
