To install a roof rack on your 2010 Ford E-350 part # TH29055XT is what you need. You will want to check your owner's manual or with your dealership to make sure you do not exceed the roof weight capacity of your vehicle.
The Thule Canyon Roof Cargo Basket, part # TH859XT-8591XT, will work with the roof rack you mentioned. This basket has a weight capacity of 150 lbs. This will work with crossbars that have a spread between 20 and 37 inches.
