Flat towing a vehicle requires several components: base plates for the toad, a tow bar, safety cables, a lighting/wiring solution and a supplementary braking system, which is a legal requirement in most states.
We can help you with all of these items. A good first step is a review of your vehicle owner's manual for any guidance regarding flat towing the Vue. The next step I suggest is a review of the linked article on flat towing, which covers all of the basics.
The choice of base plates for your Vue will depend on which version you have, 4-cylinder, 6-cylinder non-Red Line, or the Red Line. The linked page has a drop-down menu at the top (Select Vehicle Style) to let you select your Vue model and see suitable base plates.
If you have the Red Line edition, for example, you can use Blue Ox Base Plate # BX3321 along with their Alpha Tow bar # BX7380 (which includes the necessary safety cables). For a lighting kit I suggest the easy-to-install Optronics magnetic kit # TLL21RK. If you want to avoid having to pull fuses you can use the Roadmaster Fuse Bypass # RM76511. For a braking system I suggest the portable Roadmaster EvenBrake Tow Bar Braking System # RM-9400.
