Question:

FYI, no one has a video as to how to install a base rack on flush mounted rails. We have a 2013 bmw x3 and purchased the Thule 460 foot pack and 4023 fit kit. Instructions, as you know, are not good and I cannot believe that no one has out a video out as to how they get installed. You may want to do a quick one as there are many of us who would be very appreciative. Thanks

We shoot installation videos for products as our customers bring in their vehicles, so we are at the mercy of good luck in terms of what particular vehicles are available to do videos. We have had the opportunity to shoot install videos for Thule's rack system on a large number of vehicles, and you can review all of them on the linked page.

For your 2013 BMW X3, the correct fit is crossbars # TH711200, Evo Flush foot pack # TH710601, and custom fit kit # TH186007. Thule has updated their design and this is the new fit.
