The Curt trailer hitch you referenced, part # C11303, is a confirmed fit for both the sedan and coupe versions of the 2014 Hyundai Elantra.
This light-duty 1-1/4-inch Class I hitch offers 200-lb tongue weight and 2000-lb towing capacities. It installs using included hardware. Some drilling, temporary lowering of the exhaust and heat shield trimming are required.
At right you'll find links to two helpful articles concerning hitch installation tips and to a step-by-step installation video.
For a trailer wiring harness you can use Curt # C56252 which is a plug-and-play harness that does not require you to cut your vehicle's wiring. I've linked an article with tips for routing the harness' power wire.
If your plan is to use a hitch-mount bike rack you can carry up to two bikes on this Class I hitch. The link provided will take you to our main page for hitch bike racks that will fit the hitch. Two helpful articles on selecting a rack are provided as well.
