The Thule Epos # TH99XE and Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 are both great bike racks and will handle a couple beach cruisers perfectly. Especially if those cruisers have fenders. Both of these attach to the frame or seat post, so those fenders will cause no issues. Now with that said, I think the EasyFold XT # TH903202 would be my choice between them. It's less expensive, and unlike the Epos, it comes with a ramp included (the Epos needs to have the # TH43VA added if you want a ramp). However, the EasyFold is a little heavier than the Epos (45 pounds for the EasyFold and 38 pounds for the Epos) and the Epos can carry heavier bikes (70 pounds per bike for the Epos and 65 pounds per bike for the EasyFold). So the Epos does win in a few places, but I would still go for the EasyFold between the two.

Now if you wanted something less expensive that will still be a great rack, check out the Saris CycleOn Bike Rack for 2 Bikes w/ Ramp - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # SAR36XR. This is heavier than either of the Thule racks at 53 pounds, but it can carry 70 pounds per bike, attaches to the frame or seat post (so fenders are good to go), includes a ramp, works with 1-1/4" or 2" hitches, just like the two Thule racks. It's not as fancy or well known as the Thule racks, but I would argue that it's just as good. Plus if you are going to be leaving the rack in the hitch most of the time, this one folds up better than the Thule racks do (see included images). I think if I were looking for a rack to carry a couple beach cruisers, this is the one I would go with.

@BarryA Nice bikes! And the Saris # SAR36XR will fold up like the Thule racks as well. It also includes the wheel to help move it around when not in the hitch, but the two Thule options are easier to move around, if I'm being honest.
