How Does Hopkins Go Gear Tower Interior Cargo Organizer # TOWER-BLA Attach

Question:
I see there is a strap on the back of the organizer, but I cant tell how it attaches. Does it thread through the seat belt? Is it a carabiner-like clip? Thanks.

You are correct that the Hopkins Go Gear Tower Interior Cargo Organizer # TOWER-BLA attaches to your vehicle using the two carabiner-like strap/clip assemblies that are located on its two sides. These can be used to secure the bag to seat-back netting for example.
