Thanks for the information Trevor. To add a set of 5th wheel rails and brackets to your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500, I recommend the B&W item # BWRVK2503. This kit fits all models no matter how long your bed is. The price will be located at the top of this Q&A or on the individual product page.

The B&W item # BWRVK2503 includes custom fit brackets that install in pre-drilled holes in your Sierra's frame. The included industry standard rails will work with most 5th wheel hitches on the market. This kit also comes with all hardware needed to complete the installation.

I attached an installation video below that we made on a 2018 Sierra, so you can see how to get the B&W item # BWRVK2503 kit installed.

For a compatible 5th wheel hitch, you'll need the B&W Patriot item # BWRVK3255 if you have an 8' bed or your trailer has a rotating pin box. If your Sierra has the 6-1/2' bed you'll need the B&W Patriot w/ Slider item # BWRVK3270. Both this hitches have a 18,000 lbs towing capacity.
