Question:
I have a 2019 Thor Miramar 34.2 that has a Eaton 12-110-1800C inverter. I am looking for a replacement option that will maintain the same functionality and use existing wiring. What would you suggest?

Hi Eric, to replace the Eaton 12-110-1800C inverter in your 2019 Thor Miramar 34.2 while keeping the same basic functionality, I'd recommend looking at the Progressive Dynamics 1800 Watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter with Transfer Switch, part # PD44FR. It offers 1,800 watts of power and a built in transfer switch.
One of the biggest things to consider is your goal of reusing the existing wiring. Although the Progressive Dynamics inverter offers similar functionality, I can't guarantee it's a direct plug and play replacement without verifying the connections and installation requirements. There will most likely need to be some re-wiring to match functions.
Do you know if your current Eaton inverter uses a separate remote control panel inside the RV?
