I went out to the warehouse and pulled caliper # BP18-045 to measure it. The overall diameter of the holes where the pistons are is 3 inches. The piston diameter is 2-3/8 inches. And the shoulder bolts are 5/8 inch diameter and 5 inches long so the holes will be slightly larger at 0.63 inches.
Since this caliper has a specific application, Dexter 10k and 12k disc brakes, I cannot gaurantee that it will work with any other system.
