Can you tell me the length of part number TH84ZK

The Replacement Support Pole for Thule OutLand Awning - 6' 2-3/8" # TH84ZK measures 31" when retracted and 72" when fully extended (I measured from the end of the flat mounting plate on the end with the black pivot to the center of the rivet on the silver end). I included an image showing these measurements as well as a few others, just in case you needed them.
Oh and if you also needed to know, the inner tube measures 5/8" x 5/8", the middle tube measures 3/4" x 3/4", and the outer tube measures 1" x 1".
Was Thule not able to get you one specifically for your Omnistor 1200 awning?

Thule won’t ship to the US I did find a company in England that will ship just the shipping cost is very expensive
