Our loveseat doesn’t seem to heat. Could something be disconnected?

Thanks for reaching out Maynard. It's definitely possible that a loose electrical connection is causing the heating feature on your Thomas Payne Seismic Power Loveseat # TP42KR to stop working. I'd start by disconnecting the recliner from power and inspecting the wiring underneath and behind the seating area. Look for any loose or disconnected plugs, as well as wires that may be pinched or damaged. Since reclining furniture has several moving components, it's not uncommon for wiring or connectors to become loose or potentially pinched and damaged somewhere.
If everything appears securely connected and there are no obvious signs of damage, we can start narrowing down whether the issue is specific heating components.
Is the heating feature not working on both sides of the recliner, or is only one side affected? Also, are the massage and power reclining functions still working normally?
