Hey Duane, welcome back! For your Aurora 24RBS, the Parkit360 Force 10K # PA46VR has a 900 lb tongue weight capacity, so your 850 lbs is within its rating. There isn't a way to increase that capacity, but you won't need to as long as your loaded tongue weight stays under 900 lbs. If you don't have one, I would pick up a scale like # BTBRV014 just to be sure.
However, Parkit360 doesn't have a 1-7/8" hitch ball specifically for the Force 10K, so you won't be able to use it on your smaller trailer. I'm not sure how light it is, but you may be able to use the # TV73FR if it's light enough to move by hand. The # TV96FR we originally talked about along with # TV67FR is still an option as well.
How heavy is your other trailer?
