What Fender Can I Use to Replace the OEM Fenders on a PWC Allstar Trailer?

Published 10/06/2026

Question:

I have a aluminum I beam pwc trailer built by Allstar Trailer. They are no longer in business. The pvc or plastic fenders are unique. And need replacement. There are two bolts that attach a slanted outward fender. The two bolts are perpendicular iti the I beam. The go thru two holes drilled into the outside edge of the top or the I beam There are no supports forward or behind the tire. Do you have this or something I could make work?

Hi Matthew,

You're definitely not the first person to run into this issue with the Allstar fenders.

Because there aren't any OEM replacements for the Allstar fenders, the only option I've found is to try and adapt a universally fitting fender like the Tie Down Plastic Fender for 8" to 12" wheels part # TD32VR. The Tie Down fenders have a built-in inner side skirt so you can take your old fender and use it to mark out the location of the perpendicular bolt holes that go into the I beam on the inner side skirt. Then you can easily drill out the two spots you marked on the fender skirt and install the fender by passing the perpendicular bolts through the holes into the I beam. You'll want to use large stainless steel fender washers like the Stainless-Steel Fender Washer 3/8" diameter part # FA0152661 on both sides of the plastic to help with vibration and distribute the load to prevent the plastic from cracking.

What PWC do you carry on your trailer?
