Question:
I have surge brakes on my 2026 Amaratrail 14,000 GVW trailer. I would like to upgrade to EOH. I have photos to show current set-up. Thank you

Hey Doug, we can definitely help with that. It basically is just a matter of replacing the surge actuator with an electric over hydraulic as the rest of the setup remains the same.
If you have disc brakes the best actuator is the Hydrastar part # HBA16 or if you have drum brakes you'd need the part # HBA-12. The difference is the PSI rating of the two as disc brakes take more pressure. I like the Hydrastar actuators because of how reliable they are and how well they perform. What made you want to upgrade to EOH?
