Question:

I would like your recommendation on which product for a sway bar for 2025 GMC 2500 HD fitted with permanent home with 4500 kg total wight. I have increased the spring leaf with additional three layers and replaced with profender suspensions. Do I need front and rear sway bars and what brand name and number? Do I need steering stabilizers and what brand and number. Thanks

Hi Mohammad!

I see you placed an order already, but I still wanted to get you an answer. That said, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/2" Diameter # RM25FR and Hellwig Front Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/2" Diameter # HE79TR are what I would have recommended.

With the Profender suspension and other upgrades you did along with front and rear sway bars, I very highly doubt you will also need a steering stabilizer. We also don't offer any for your 2025 Sierra 2500HD at the moment, but they are out there.

The only other thing you may want to look into is the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Severe Service - Rear Axle # TGMRTT35D. You may not need it due to what you have already done, but if you are still getting a lot of squat, this would definitely get rid of that.

What kind of camper are you carrying? And where are you going to be travelling?
