Hello, is your LC363985 the correct replacement for the picture shown below? Also, what would be the other corresponding part numbers for the motor and gearbox? The part number for my steps is also below. Thanks Charlie

Yes, I was able to use the part number 904109000 from the label in your picture to confirm that you have Kwikee 41 Series steps. The # LC363985 you were looking at is not the correct control unit for your steps. You will want the Replacement Control Unit # LC379605 instead.
If you are also looking to replace the other components, the correct motor is # LC379147, and the correct gearbox with A linkage is # LC379160. These are the correct replacement components for your 41 Series setup.
Are your steps currently not working, or are you getting everything together to have replacement parts on hand before your next trip?

Hi Charley, it must’ve fit because our mobile mechanic had it installed before I even got back from the grocery store.

The parts worked fine. The torque for the mounting bolts and screws seems to be sensitive. We had to loosen them a bit to get the steps to work when we installed the parts. And then several years later they came loose, and the steps opened while we were driving, so they need to be checked regularly. It would help if the manufacturer published torque specs

My steps stopped working before we left in our current trip. I’m pretty sure after using your online guidance the controller is shot. I don’t want to mess around and would like to change the other components also.
