I have a question about roof cross bars. Im looking for a product Thule or Yakima which I could use on two different vehicles with OEM roof rails. One 2022 Bolt EUV with factory flush rails and one 2021 Honda Ridgeline with OEM roof rails. Any suggestions of bars and fit kits? Any thoughts on this package? Looks like you did your homework! I do have an amendment to your parts though. The 186129 fit kit you found is specifically for a Land Rover LR3/LR4 and a Hummer H3/H3T. The Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars - Flush Side Rails - Qty 4 # TH710601 is completely correct, but with that said, you would want the following fit kit for the 2022 Bolt EUV:

Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Rail and Edge Flush Rail Roof Rack Feet - 6171 # TH77WE

Then for the 2021 Ridgeline, you are also 100% correct with the Evo Raised Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars - Factory Raised Rails - Qty 4 # TH710401.

Going between the bar lengths available for each vehicle, it looks like the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 53" Long - Qty 2 # TH711420 is going to be your best option. There will likely be quite a bit of overhang when on your Bolt, but as long as the ends of the bars don't go past your side mirrors (which look to be 80"), it will be perfectly fine.
