Hey Mark, thanks for reaching out. Sure can! We have a few air bag kits that will fit the 2005 Chevy Silverado 3500 cab and chassis. Here they are:

- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57286

- Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2249

- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88286

Personally, I recommend the Firestone # F2249. It's specifically confirmed for the 3500 cab-and-chassis frame, provides up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling support, and the double-convoluted bags use four layers of reinforced rubber with a braided girdle for durability. I also like Firestone's rolled-crimp construction where the rubber bag attaches to the end plates; it's a simple, proven setup that holds up really well on trucks that regularly carry heavy loads.

The Firestones let you adjust the pressure based on how much weight you are carrying, helping keep the truck level, reduce bottoming out, and improve overall stability. They will not increase the truck's GVWR or payload capacity, but for supporting the factory suspension on a 3500 cab and chassis, the # F2249 is my first choice.

I also recommend adding an onboard compressor kit, the Firestone Air Command Standard Duty Air Compressor # F2610. This will let you monitor and fill the bags on the fly using the Firestone smartphone app. An onboard compressor kit is definitely worth investing in, especially if you plan to tow frequently, or will be towing various different trailers.

Will you be pulling a trailer? What kind and how often?
