Question:

Hi, Im looking to replace the 2 inch ball mount setup on my off road trailer with a lock and roll setup. Before I purchase the parts, Id like confirmation that the following are compatible. 1 to weld on the trailer - Lock N Roll 50-Degree A-Frame Coupler w/ Jack Hole - Adjustable Channel - Bolt On - 11K Part Number: LR76VR 2 for the 2 inch receiver on the truck, - Lock N Roll Articulating Trailer Hitch for 2 Receivers - Vehicle Side - 11,000 lbs Part Number: 336VS501, and 3 to connect to the trailer, Lock N Roll Articulating Coupler - Adjustable Channel Mount - Trailer Side - 11K Part Number: 336TS502. Really just need to make sure the 1 and 3 work together, couldnt find information on the spacing of the holes and want to make sure the channel widths are compatible. Thanks, Ben

Hey Ben, thanks for reaching out. You are on the right track here, and all three parts you listed are compatible with each other. The Lock N Roll 50-Degree A-Frame Coupler # LR76VR has a 3" wide adjustable channel with 5/8" holes spaced 2" apart on center. The Lock N Roll Trailer-Side Coupler # 336TS502 is designed for that same 3" channel and uses the same 2" hole spacing, so those two will bolt together exactly like you are wanting.

On the truck side, the Lock N Roll Vehicle-Side Hitch # 336VS501 is the matching 11,000-lb articulating connection for the # 336TS502. Once everything is connected, you get the full articulation Lock N Roll is known for, including side-to-side movement, up-and-down movement, and 360-degree rotation. So your combination of LR76VR + 336TS502 + 336VS501 is a good setup, and there is no issue with the channel width or hole spacing between parts 1 and 3.

The trailer is a modified 5x8 utility trailer, sprung over with upgraded axle and electric brakes on 35 inch BFGs. Outfitted with a truck bed rack, iKamper BDV duo, and 300 watts of soar powering a Dometic CFX3 fridge and Starlink.
