Thanks for letting us help Daniel. We carry two sets of Hellwig helper springs that are compatible with your 2013 GMC Sierra 2500 2WD. The main difference between them is their load support capacity and intended use.
The Hellwig Load Pro 25 Progressive Helper Springs # HE73XR provide up to 2,500 lbs of load support. These are considered more of a general-duty option and are commonly used on 1/2-ton trucks or applications where only moderate additional suspension support is needed.
For your 3/4-ton Sierra, I'd lean toward the Hellwig Load Pro 35 Heavy Duty Helper Springs # HE23XR. These provide up to 3,500 lbs of load support and are designed more specifically for 3/4-ton and 1-ton trucks carrying heavier loads.
Both kits are designed to work with factory leaf spring packs that are approximately 3 inches wide.
What are you going to be hauling or towing? If you can give me a little more insight as to why you're wanting to add helper springs, I can let you know what set I think would work best.
