Hey Tim, thanks for reaching out. Sure can! For your 2024 Grand Design Reflection 226RK with 4,400 lb axles, the correct Roadmaster Comfort Ride system is the following:
- Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers - Tandem 3.5K Trailer Axles # RM82MR
The 4,400 lb axles have the same 2-3/8" diameter as the standard 3,500 lb axles, so this kit is exactly what you'll need. Each slipper spring is rated for 2,500 lbs (5,000 lbs per axle) so it will have plenty of capacity and support. These comfort ride kits are fantastic - definitely the best suspension upgrade money can buy. The slipper springs and gas shocks to a great job reducing bouncing and chucking. The difference will be night and day. I think you'll be very happy with the results.
Do you do a lot of long-distance towing with the Reflection?

A 4,400-lb trailer axle (commonly made by Dexter or Lippert—note that Curt does not manufacture trailer axles) has an outside tube diameter of 3 inches. Additionally I measured my in place axles and they are 3"not 2-3/8". So now I am confused. Please help.
