Hey Gary, thanks for reaching out. Yes, we do carry an e-trike carrier with a ramp. For that I recommend the following:

It fits a 2" hitch receiver and can carry one e-trike weighing up to 80 lbs.

The big reason I like this rack for an e-trike is the two 72" loading ramps. Instead of trying to lift a heavy trike onto the carrier, you can line the ramps up with the wheel trays and roll it right on. The wheel trays are adjustable for different wheelbases, and it handles tires up to 4-1/2" wide. Once the trike is loaded, the included straps secure the wheels to the rack.

You also get built-in LED tail lights, locking anti-rattle hitch pins, and the carrier can slide out for access to the back of your vehicle or fold up when empty. That makes the # LGA35ZR a really nice all-around setup for a heavier e-trike, especially if easy loading is the main concern.
