Help Finding Installer for Curt Hitch for 2021 Chrysler Pacifica

Question:
I am buying a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica gas version. I would like to install the CURT C65CR. Not sure I can DIY. Do you have a list of installers near Warsaw or Fort Wayne IN that install this hitch? Thanks for any help you can provide.
