Hey Don, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Alpha Systems Anti-Wicking Adhesive # AL97CV is a good choice for sealing the exposed edges of a replacement slide-out floor. That's exactly what it's designed to do. It seals the cut edges of plywood and other wood products to prevent moisture from wicking into the floor and causing rot or delamination over time.
Just keep in mind that it's not a structural adhesive. Its job is to waterproof the exposed edges after the new floor has been installed. If you're bonding the floor to framing or other components, use the appropriate construction adhesive first, then brush or roll the # AL97CV onto all exposed wood edges, routed openings, and cutouts to seal them against moisture.

I'm replacing the slide out floor in a unit that has rotted out and trying to find a suitable roll on sealant/adhesive similar to what the manufacturer uses to avoid using darco/underbelly matterial.
