Hey Joel, thanks for reaching out. The Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains # TC2327 are a fit for your 265/70R18 tires. They are a nice setup with self-tensioning adjusters and a diamond-pattern chain that gives you better traction and a smoother ride than traditional ladder-style chains. They are also much easier to install and deal with.

The bigger issue is Toyota's restriction. If the owner's manual for your 2026 4Runner specifically says not to use tire chains, I can't recommend installing the # TC2327 even though they physically fit the tire. That restriction normally comes down to limited clearance around the tire, suspension, brake lines, or other components that a chain can contact and damage.

If Toyota prohibits all traction devices on your 265/70R18 tires, then a dedicated set of properly rated winter tires is the safest route. I definitely wouldn't go against the owner's manual just to make a conventional chain fit.

Whereabouts in CA do you live?
