Hey Bob, thanks for reaching out. The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7301 is the correct hitch for your 2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring. I can definitely give you some info about the install process, but EcoHitch doesn't offer online versions of their instructions. They are only available as the paper instructions that come with the hitch.

This hitch install is about as involved as they come. There is no drilling required, but you do have to completely remove the rear bumper and the factory impact structure underneath. The hitch gets sandwiched between the frame and the impact structure. You'll also need to temporarily lower the exhaust to get the hitch into position. The bumper fascia will need to be trimmed before it can be reattached. The instructions should include a template that shows you exactly where to cut. If you are familiar with working on cars, it should take you around 2-3 hours. Getting the bumper off is the hardest part. Once you do that, it's pretty straightforward.
