Hitch took about 2 hours to install and requires the removal of the rear bumper cover and bumper. Also have to remove provide support to muffler as well.
Directions were very clear - just be patient.
Kudos to everyone. Every interaction that I've had with etrailer folks has been nothing short of spot on. I'm not sure how you've gotten to that kinda culture in your company but, I have to say, you put so many other companies to shame.
This last interaction, on a Saturday no less, responding directly to an email that I sent regarding some (hopefully useful) feedback, is just the most recent of a consistent series of positive impressions.
If only I knew the name and email of the etrailer CEO I would have sent this directly to them. Please forward if you feel that's appropriate.
