Thanks for reaching out Quan. Unfortunately, we no longer carry the Drawtite 24942. We have had to phase our Drawtite parts due to some issues with their parent company. Once those parts are out of stock, we are not able to replenish them. We do carry the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11535 which will fit your 2016 Acura TLX. This is a 1-1/4" receiver that will tow up to 2,000 lbs and support 200 lbs of tongue weight. You would still need to adhere to any weight capacities dictated by Acura for your specific vehicle.
The # 24792 you were looking at will only fit 2007-2011 Honda CR-V.

Looking to only carry a bike rack for road bike. I loved the cleaner look with the hitch hidden though. Any other options available? Thank you for responding also
