Thanks for reaching out Karla. The Thule Helium Pro 3 Bike Rack # TH9043PRO is not rated for use on the back of a travel trailer. The additional movement at the rear of a trailer places much greater stress on a bike rack than it would experience on the back of a passenger vehicle. For a similar option that's approved for travel trailer use, I'd recommend the Thule Range RV Bike Rack #T H9057. Although it's designed to carry up to four bikes rather than three, it's specifically rated for use on the back of a travel trailer.

The # TH9057 fits a 2-inch hitch receiver and supports up to 37.5 lbs per bike. At this time, we don't carry any three-bike racks that are approved for use on the back of a travel trailer.

Out of curiosity, what type of bikes are you planning to carry? That will help confirm the # TH9057 has the capacity you need.
