Hey Jack, thanks for reaching out. Yes. The Replacement Rubber Sleeves # BLU26CR will fit your Blue Ox Alpha BX7365 tow bar. Even though the product page specifically calls out the newer Alpha 2 (BX7380), Blue Ox has confirmed these sleeves are also the correct replacement for the original Alpha (BX7365), along with the Aventa II, Aventa LX, Allure, Aladdin, and Acclaim tow bars.
