Hey John! It looks like the 2023 Encore 12RKSS has a channel tongue on it. The correct Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler depends on the width of your trailer tongue. You can choose from the following:
-Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - 2" Channel # LR59VR
-Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - 2-1/2" Channel # 336TS506
-Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - 3" Channel # 336TS508
For the vehicle side, you will want to measure to see what rise/drop you need to keep your setup level. See the article below which explains how to measure. You could also get the adjustable Lock N Roll Articulating Hitch w/ 5-Position Channel # 336VS503515 if you want to keep your options open.
Where do you plan on taking the Encore once you get the coupler installed?
