I need to locate the roof clamps/ bases for a 2023 Honda Odyssey for Thule square roof bars.

Welcome back Eric. The Rapid Crossroad Feet item # TH450R are the correct ones to add a pair of Thule square crossbars to your 2023 Honda Odyssey. These will tightly attach to the raised roof rails and provide the base to attach your bars.
If your Odyssey does not have raised rails, I do not have any way to attach Thule crossbars to it.
