Hey David!
There are currently no nerf board options from any of our manufacturer partners for your 2026 Ram 4500 Crew Cab, only hoop-style side steps. If you're interested in sidesteps, you can go with the Carr Custom-Fit Side Steps - Hoop II # CARR109771, which is custom fit to your truck to give you a simple install. They won't give you a custom factory running board look, but if you're just needing a lift assist, these will be perfect for you. For the installation of these steps, you will need to drill into the body of your truck. Will the Carr hoop steps work for your intended-use? Is this 4500 a work truck, farm truck, or something else?
