The difference between the # CARR109772 and the # CARR105772 is the mounting brackets that are vehicle specific. The # CARR105772 won't fit your truck.
For your 2019 Ram 2500, you'll want to go with the # CARR109772 which are compatible with all cab styles. The steps are sold in pairs.
